• 1 resume limit
• Basic AI suggestions (5 per day)
• PDF/DOCX export

Pro Plan ($7/month)

• Unlimited resumes
• Unlimited AI suggestions
• Priority support
• All export formats

Billing Terms:

• Monthly subscriptions billed in advance
• Processed securely through Stripe
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months
• You may cancel anytime - service continues until end of billing period

👤 User Accounts & Responsibilities

Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses due to compromised accounts

Acceptable Use:

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Do not share account credentials
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Do not upload malicious content or spam

Content Ownership:

• You retain ownership of all content you create
• You grant us limited rights to process your content to provide the Service

🤖 AI Features & Limitations

AI Suggestions:

• Powered by OpenAI's language models
• Suggestions are automated and may not always be appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability of AI suggestions

Usage Limits:

• Free plan: 5 AI suggestions per day
• Pro plan: Unlimited AI suggestions
• Rate limiting may apply to prevent abuse

🔐 Privacy & Data

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Key points:

• We collect minimal data necessary to provide the Service
• Your data is stored securely on AWS infrastructure
